"Absolutely garbage customer service. My fiance had his card eaten by the ATM machine, on a Friday the week before Christmas! The bank had just closed and no one would help! They said come back Monday. A huge inconvenience! I will be closing our accounts after 30 years.."

"I’ve never had problems barking here but I hear mixed reviews. They have a atm in the back and a drive through one as well. I usaly only go here if I need a money order or a certified check. Big parking lot and they keep the place clean witch is always nice."

"I take care of my aunt and I have never been so disrespected in my life. I was accused of false accusations and now my disabled aunt has to leave her house to make sure she has access to her own account. I will never bank here and I recommend to everyone to avoid this branch at all costs. Specially if you don’t want to be accused of fraud over using a branch not near home. Comepletely unacceptable."

"I used to be so happy with M and T. Convenient and easy to access. All my banking was done through them. But I had identity theft they a bank to bank transfer done by M and T. Set up all new accounts and they thief got into the new account. I took months to move everything while m and t didn’t help. It cost me a lot of time and money for bills that didn’t get paid that were supposed to car, subscriptions, monthly bills. I had so many late fees. I was never able to speak to anyone from their fraud department customer service was a nightmare. I could not be more disappointed with any business especially one that can’t keep their customers money safe!"

"I ran out of blank checks and had bills to pay being late in the day, I was hoping it wasn't going to be that crowded. I was greeted and assisted right away. The process explained to me with the account I am set up with. Checks should be received soon and was able to pay my bills in the meantime with the help of the nice lady at the desk. No stress"
