"Not a lick of pep in this place. Beyond slow. Every time. Takes almost 10 minutes to get a check half cashed and get the rest in cash. I just spent 20 minutes waiting for 3 people to be seen and had to leave because I ran out of time. It should never take as long as this place does. Never in my life have I been somewhere so slow. ***Also to update since we have rebuttal- the ATM was out of service completely so that could not be used and I refuse to use an app for cashing a check. Hire more staff and stop trying to save money by making everything electronic. Thank you."
