"Poor customer service. Very unprofessional. Absolutely no regard for their customers. Poor ATM machine service. Very rude!!! Asked to have my card cancelled after it was eaten by a malfunctioning ATM machine, and instead, 2 weeks later, they cancelled my entire bank account. Absolutely no notice, and they called after the fact, so no way to rectify. When I asked about the balance that was in the account, the bank manager, Zach from the Broadway Market branch in Buffalo replied, "We'll send it in the mail. MAYBE you'll receive it in 3-4 weeks," as if to say we'll send you your money when we feel like it. When I mentioned filing a complaint, his response was, "Make as many reports as you want, good luck trying to get another bank account." This is how they treat a customer of 7+ years, over their faulty ATM behavior. If you value your money, invest elsewhere!"
