"Don’t bank with Jenn Tabor. I opened a savings account, and instead of being offered overdraft protection, I was lectured about opening a credit card and building credit. Now, I face overdraft fees which I thought were an automatic inclusion with accounts, as I have been banking for with M&T for years now, and it was always offered. Jen conveniently left this part out."

"Depends on the person you talk to here. Some are great and do their job well and others...well they have to work on their people skills. I had one teller tell me that I can't take out my own money because I had no proper ID. I lost my ID the previous weekend and my wallet! I had no money and was desperate to get into my own account. The guy was rude and offered no solution. I went to another branch and I brought as many things with my name on it as possible to prove my identity. The other branch ended up helping me out!"
