"Overall citizens is fine. But one specific person at this branch is just awful. If you are unfortunate enough to have Christine help you, then I apologize. I use the term “help” loosely, because she will not help. She deflects all banking problems to anyone else besides herself because she can’t be bothered. When she can’t help you, she does it in the most rude way possible. But I knew what i needed help with is something she can help me with, since the person next to me called seconds before and was granted the same request I asked. It’s astonishing to me someone would hire this rude individual to anywhere, let alone a job where customer service is required."

"I heard great things about the Clear Better Business Checking and needed to open my first business banking account ever as a twenty-some year old. I hadn't been in a bank in-person for several years and was a bit nervous. The staff ended up being SO friendly and the manager Jennifer made the whole process painless! She was so personable and wanted to get to know me as a person. Love this branch. And I'm officially a Citizens fan!"
