"need to update my original 5 star. i reviewed how quiet they were before they finished. soon after i hit post a piece of furniture fell off the dolly and i didn’t notice ( i was in another room and also wasn’t told) that the closet trim was dented and cracked by the falling armoire until after they left. there was also a mark on the mirrored closet door but luckily it wiped off no damage to the mirror. it was a clean out so not concerned about the armoire, but apartment was just painted and listed for sale. i had to open a can of paint left in closet (using passing curved edge of broiler pan) and paint over damage using my finger. i did email relocators about this but no response."
