"Old gentleman is rude. Maybe his age is getting to him. Who knows but he needs to be retrained. Went in to drop a package, i wanted to ask a question since he said he cant provide a receipt and he was rushing me out. Claimed he had someone in the back. I said “ I get that but I am the customer asking the question, you are the employee that works here” didnt trust him. Took my package else where"

"Nice guy but BE VERY CAREFUL, I gave him my package, he weighed it and told me the price, When I questioned the amount he lowered the price (Red Flag). I was returning an item to it's point of origin and when I got home and checked, I found the inbound UPS charge to me was LESS THAN HALF of what he charged me to return the exact same package. He DOES NOT give you a UPS receipt or tracking #, just a hand written receipt for what you were charged."

"Went today to send out a small package. The older grumpy gentleman behind the counter was anything but a gentleman. After filling out paperwork I was given a price of $23 and told it would be there tomorrow. I told him I did not care if it got there tomorrow and asked for a cheaper rate. He said that was his best rate??? I went down the street to the good old post office. Price there was $16 next day delivery and $8.23 for standard UPS shipping. Good bye forever American Mail Stop."
