"Unprofessional cab service, how is this cab service legal? The car is not marked, the driver doesn't have a business card, if I didn't know any better, I would have thought an Uber driver pulled up at my house. I will not be requesting this cab service for medical transport in the future. All cab companies for cash and medical are supposed to be clearly marked as a medical cab. Today would have been the first transport with second chance cab. I'm a petite woman, there's no chance of me getting in a car that claims to be a medical transport when the car is unmarked, the driver had a clipboard with my name and information for the medical transport, that's not valid enough for me to blindly trust a person who claims to be a medical transport. Real medical transport companies clearly mark their cars, the driver has a form of ID so it's known what company they work for."

"The office is like none other in this town clean modern inviting someplace you'd want to be if you were waiting for a taxi. The staff especially the dispatcher we're just wonderful. I had a 10 minute wait and that's what I waited just 10 minutes for my cab. Clean smell good and very inviting.
