"I came here to get a credit card, and I didn't make an appointment. I walked in and no one greeted me. After waiting for a while, a tall man with glasses came and asked what I came for. I said I wanted to get a credit card. He said wait a minute and we will help. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, that person left the bank and a lady came to me and said you need to wait 20 minutes. I hope no one was happy that I left. I think motivation is the magic word for this branch."

"I went to Brockport,NY Chase Bank to make a vehicle payment and because I forgot my statement stub, the lady wouldn't process it, told me she couldn't help me with my car payment. I argue it, cause the phone representative told me I could show my drivers license and they would look it up. Bad experience ( 1 star Brockport), but this Chase in Buffalo, NY of Amherst street the greeter, and teller were amazing, friendly they assisted me with my car payment and she was very patient with me as I fumble the cash payment, as I wasn't expecting this kind of service. They were wonderful!"
