The well-maintained walking trails wind through dense forests, providing ample shade and the perfect setting for a leisurely stroll or a more vigorous hike. The sound of rustling leaves and chirping birds adds to the peaceful ambiance, making it easy to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the park's highlights is the charming brook that meanders through the landscape, its crystal-clear water flowing over smooth rocks and creating a gentle, soothing sound. It's an ideal spot for a moment of reflection or simply to enjoy the beauty of nature. Whether you're looking for a quiet place to relax or a scenic trail to explore, this park is a hidden gem that will leave you feeling refreshed and reconnected with the world."
"Great hike to go with kids. Make sure to spray against mosquitoes"
"Beautiful glen tucked in the midst of suburban sprawl. Ravine is created by Bear Brook cutting through the sandstone. This is quick in and out trek, easy access to the Brook itself. Plentiful parking unless there is a game in progress on adjacent field."
"Pretty spot for a short hike."
"Avoid this place during & after any rainfall &/or snow: several steep dropoffs, slippery rocky areas, but otherwise easy peaceful walk/hike, serene water flowing through, interesting geology, & free parking, but zero facilities besides port-a-johns"
