"Save your sanity and your wallet - book with literally anyone else. We had the absolute worst experience with Prime movers during our recent cross country move from CA to NY. The final total was close to double what was quoted and delivery was over a week late. We knew the price was based on weight, so fair enough, but our things were weighted in CA and we had absolutely zero communications from the company after pickup. We were not told the final weight/price or delivery date until 9:45pm the day before delivery. We had air tags in our items and could see them setting in the same location in CA for over 2 weeks!! We called, emailed and texted and they were completely unresponsive and couldn’t tell us when our things would arrive. When they called us at 9:45 pm to let us know they would be delivering the next day, they also said they only accept cash, cashiers check or money order. A request that is hard to accommodate on less then 24-hours notice. While unpacking we have found several boxes smashed, screws were stripped and over tightened on our bed frame and TV stand that they disassembled, and so far we’ve found 2 broken items. They’ve caused more stress, headache and damage than it is worth for the price and were completely unresponsive the whole time. I truly cannot recommend anyone hire this company."

"Please be aware of the poor services provided by US Prime Movers & VanLines, Inc. I strongly advise you to avoid using either of these companies as their communication, ethics, and professionalism are unacceptable. They are only interested in taking your money and misrepresenting themselves as reputable companies. I had to face a lot of trouble dealing with these companies regarding customer care. If you want your belongings to arrive in good condition, please think twice before using their services. You can review the attached images to see how badly they can damage your belongings. When I contacted US Prime Movers to report the damages, they responded via text message and not a direct call. As an intelligent reader, you can read between the lines. The response: We checked the images. I wanted to make sure you know. We handle customer items like our own. But unfortunately damages might happen during cross country move. I even damaged my own chair when I was moving my office desk from one room to another. I just checked in our system that you have basic liability insurance. That means you don't have to pay Premium or Deductible. Therefore all claims will be calculated as FREE insurance $0.60 per pound per article, We value your time so I wanted to offer 2 options. -We can send you $75 to close the your claim or -We can send you a claim form to open with a 3rd party claim process company process can take up to 90 days to complete the settlement."
