"We hired Great Moving twice in a span of 2 months. Billy and his teammate did an excellent job. They were courteous and professional. They collaborated well with each other and handled things like their own. Our second experience was as pleasurable as our first one. The only suggestion I have is for the crew to show up at least one hour before the closing window. Other than the time factor, everything else went smoothly. Thank you once again!"

"Scammmm Alerttttt!!!! Firstly the owner of this company is a disaster. They sent out an Email saying $225 is flat rate, without any clause saying it’s subject to the amount of goods etc. I did ask a couple of times if that’s the final quote and he said yes. So I refused other movers. On the day of moving, his team comes and they give me a new estimate of 500$. When I told them owner didn’t communicate that, they said they will cancel, knowing we are helpless and we don’t have another option. He promised 3 people for 3 hours but 2 people show up. Plus 1 hour extra on top of that he charged 190$, if there were 3 people 3hours would be enough + they came 2 hours late for which I had to pay extra at my new apartment for elevator service. When I tried calling him , he says he dosent even recognize me, while he talked to me 10 times before I say yes. Please don’t fall for this scam of flat rate and then later changing the price when we are in helpless situation. Other great moving companies give the same price quote, atleast they communicate that before, unlike this unprofessional owner. Please please don’t use them for moving services. For gods sake, please don’t have these guys. I wish nothing but worst for the owner. The guys who helped out were good."

"Where to even start. This was by far the WORST moving experience I've ever had. My husband and I bought a dining set and china cabinet from someone and needed it moved from their house to ours, so we called Awesome Moving and scheduled the pickup for 2pm. We got to the house by 1:40, at 2:20pm still no movers arrived. My husband called the mover and no one answered so he called Victor (the boss), who told him that they texted that they would be late and arrive at 4PM (which they never contacted us). Okay so we sat in the car another 2 hrs. 5pm comes, still no one arrived. My husband called the driver again, no reply so he called victor who tells him that the movers will be another 1hr and 20mins late due to unforeseen circumstances and traffic, and that it's not a big deal and we should just sit in the car and wait longer. We already had been sitting in the car for 3 hrs and no one bothered to inform us of the delay, and when my husband told Victor that he works nights and cant sit here all day, Victor told him that he should just "take a nap in the car" and just wait the extra hour and 20 min. Finally at 6:50pm after we sat in the car for 5 hrs, two movers showed up with a small van that they rented and no equipment to get the job done. One of the movers asked my husband to write the contract because they didnt know how to do it, as they stood in the womans dining room not knowing how to take the furniture out. My husband then had to direct them on what to do, and one of the movers told my husband and the womans husband that they had to help them because they couldn't get the china cabinet out. So now my poor husband and this womans husband had to work to get this cabinet out of the house with them while my husband directed them how to move it. Finally they try to get it in the truck and it didn't fit. My husband had previously sent a picture of the furniture and the measurements to Victor and they came totally unprepared to do the job and kept telling us how it wasnt their fault. My husband asked the mover to get a bigger truck, to which he told him that he needed special permission from his boss, so my husband told him to call him. The mover told my husband that he didnt want to do it and told my husband to call Victor on his cell phone and ask him himself. At this point we had no faith that the furniture would even get home in one piece so we decided it would be better to get the furniture back in the house. My husband and the movers had to haul the heavy furniture all the way back in the house and the movers drove away after with no apology, leaving us to come up with a new plan at 8 o clock at night. We would NEVER hire Awesome Moving again, they have no consideration for anyone and have the worst business practice I have ever seen, they were totally unprepared and have complete disregard for peoples time. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else, you wont regret it."
