"It’s very unnecessary because you have to pay to get out of the station and those vending machines are horrible because one of my friends tried to refill his metro-card and ate his money and his reduced fare metro-card and he had to get another reduce fare metro-card and they need improvement to fix this system and remove turnstiles and no more paying to get out of the train station. One thing I like about it was my old job at Enrichment across the street from the train station for 10 minutes to Jefferson Ave to go home."

"It has only few spots with roof on the whole station. In case of rain or snow it will make you struggle. BTW on this station you need to pay for the entrance or to exit. Like it is on the ferry station. So $2.75 just to get in or get out. It is the second station of the train and sometimes it is better to use 78 bus because it is the fastest route to the ferry terminal, especially if you are in rush. The train is here every 30 min."

"Very thin platform which never really gets packed unless it's peak hours. There's fare control here, just like St.George. Trains every 30 mins, and every 5-8 minutes during peak hours."

"They need the MetroCard for Tompkinsville and St. George so they can watch for more security."
