"A grand station for a major hub of transportation. The station is home to all LIRR train routes which makes it huge. It also is placed in such a booming area which major bus routes, and the Archer Ave line (E, J, Z). Also it has a connection to the Air Train to JFK Airport which is very convenient. There are many food options to choose from in the station and waiting areas all over which makes it feel like I’m in an airport! My experience here was amazing but I couldn’t understand what train tickets to buy which was confusing but there are many agents that can help you when buying a ticket. Overall, amazing"

"As a frequent traveler I traverse the station a lot it's gotten 50% better than it was a year or so ago, Needs better food choices and coffee however in transit to get what you can. The staff if you can find any are mildly helpful, Let's hope with the new construction improvements that that improves also"
