"These guys don't deserve to be in business. They're better suited for the jail cell. They are big time scammers. We used this service a couple of years ago and I still get angry every time I think about this company and our move. What they quoted us before they actually came to pack our stuff was not the actual price. They tried to charge me more than double the quote and yes, they do charge extra for tape and they use a ton of it! We ended up agreeing to $1500 more than the quote, which was still a rip-off. Very, very unprofessional movers too. One of them left the lights on in the truck and the battery died. My sister had to jump their truck with her rental car! Now that I look back, it was quite comical. Damaged our bedroom furniture and broke my son's crib. They took an entire day, from 8am to 6pm to pack up our house with 4 movers and we are minimalists. Our house was only 1,100 sq. ft with barely anything that was difficult to move. Awful, awful experience. One of the top 5 regrets of my life. Not kidding. Oh, and good luck getting your stuff. We had to wait over a week (this was only a 500 mile move) and that was only because we called them everyday until they brought it. Otherwise, it would have been a lot longer."
"It was horrible since day one! They don't disclose upfront all of the charges and fees which have nothing to do with the number of items or the weight of the move. My mother was moving from Philadelphia to Florida for the first time, and it didn't matter the number of questions asked because everything was a surprise along the way. They were late in delivering my mother's items, and the customer service representative were rude and unprofessional. Save yourself a headache and go with a reputable company. I tried giving this C rated company a chance, but cheap things come at a high price. There price might have been tempting, but in the long run it became more costly than the A+ company."
"Total Loss of Shipment! We lost nearly $30,000. Two months later, we are yet to receive any compensation (They are not even providing right information for the claims process). On Aug 3rd, 2013, we hired All Inclusive Moving to move all our belongings from CT to TX. All Inclusive subcontracted the work to another company (American Knights) for the move. On Aug 9th, American Knights lost my entire shipment to a fire in Braxton County, WA. They said the trailer caught fire. No other vehicle was involved in the incident. The police in Braxton county said that 9 other families also had their belongings on the trailer. They called me 4 days after the incident to report a total loss. All Inclusive didn't even bother to find out where and when the accident happened until I threatened to call the police on them and report a theft of my property. How can a trailer simply catch fire? Were they moving industrial chemicals with our residential shipment? Was it negligence? Incompetence? Deliberate action? We don't know. The driver seems to have made no effort to salvage anything. We had fire safe boxes in our shipment with original documents. Maybe those would have survived, but they made no effort to recover it. Our loss in the incident was about $30K. The movers themselves advised us that getting Full Value Coverage would be too expensive (about $700 more) and unnecessary, so we didn't get it. The movers insurance will only pay us 60 cents a pound + reimbursement of shipping costs (about $4K), leaving us with a loss of $26K. In addition to all our furniture, clothes and original documents, we also lost pictures and videos of our weddings and of our kids. We're slowly rebuilding our lives from this horrible experience along with settling in a new place with a new job. What's worse is that these movers aren't even responding to emails from the insurance company to provide right estimates of weight. Two months after the incident, we still haven't seen a penny in compensation. I'm writing this review under my real name and this is a real story. Learn from our experience and please be careful when you hire this mover."
"They were the cheapest flat rate movers I could find and reading these bad reviews I was worried. But I liked the fact they were willing to show up the next day, answered the phone immediately even when I blocked my number (this was a test) as I wanted to see if they just answered for new customers. I have used lots of movers and once they get your deposit money many don't answer the phone again. At First they showed up with only 6 blankets for my move, so I was very worried. But the guy on the truck immediately told me I'm sorry it was my mistake, I forgot to check the truck for blankets, but trust me I have moved a lot of people, and a good mover knows how to pack a truck not to ruin anything. He seemed really honest so I trusted him. Well They did move all of my furniture and guess what no scratches at all. They were very fast and effecient and inexpensive. I would use them again, just remind them to bring lots of blankets to be on the safe side!"
"Do not trust the good reviews, it's the company owner writting them all !!!!! My move was scheduled for a Saturday in August The company assured me that on Friday before, the certificate of move was sent to my building however that was not true as it was never received. When I called back on Friday they said that the secretary was not available and they can't send the certificate. On top of that my move was no longer at 9am and has been changed without my knowledge to 1pm. I had a moving window in the building from 9 to 1pm so this time would never have worked. I tried to reason with them but the owner hung up on me. Most likely they were overbooked and just left their customer stranded. I have also seen many complaints online about this same company. Wish I researched them in the beginning. I had to rent a truck the night before and do it myself."
