They were communicative throughout the entire process. They included moving boxes which they dropped off a week or two before my move, which was super helpful. They arrived a bit early, and immediately got to work. They packed up my apartment quickly, while also ensuring everything was properly packed. Everything arrived in one piece, and they took care to make sure all my furniture, etc was put in the exact place I wanted it in my new apartment. The entire process only took about 2 hours and I didn't have to lift a finger. My estimate price was what I was billed - so no surprises.
