"No circulation so it's hot as hell in there and very humid. There's usually construction going on so the entrance can be hard to find"
"This station engages in fraud, harassment, physical injury/assault, and refusal of service. After you somehow manage to pay for a ticket and have it, PATH refuses to take it. Then, when you the turnstile to access the service which you have already paid for, you will be violently whacked with the turnstile in the calf to cause lasting pain. MTA and PATH are criminal organizations. I fully support not paying them any money for their horrible services."
"Unfortunately, can often be a venue for the more rude and inconsiderate sides of humanity. The train itself and the PATH employees are fine."
"Let me start by saying I've been commuting from NJ to NY via Path since 2016. Service: The automated kiosks are extremely temperamental at times. I've witnessed many commuters miss their trains because they struggle to refill their Smart Link or Metro Card. I have even had issues with the card reader. The card reader on the machine on the far left (14th st station heading toward NJ) does not work at all. They need to be replaced with the touch readers to alleviate these malfunctioning card readers. Cleanliness: This place is very unpleasant all times of the year. The conditions are deplorable. It's hot and stuffy and the fans, although working well, are extremely filthy. As someone with sinus issues, its very hard to breathe. The walls everywhere are horrid and could use a deep pressure washing."
