"I have used this company multiple times. First time was fantastic as they took apart and removed my couch. The second time was to move my things and was flawless both times. This review is about the third time. To move again and there are multiple reasons why this third instance deserves 1 star. We had scheduled 8-10am arrival but 10 hours before the move I received a message stating they had a scheduling conflict. Movers can generally be late but communicating a scheduling conflict 10 hours before is unacceptable. They then arrive in a large sprinter van and they take inventory of everything. I express concern not everything will fit. They assure me it will. At 4pm I am told we will need two trips. So I need to travel to my new place to let them in then back to my old place for the rest of my stuff. We get to my new place which had a new move in time of 3-6pm and we end at 8pm and lucky someone in the building stayed until 8pm so the elevator could be unlocked. We go back to my old place and load everything up in a van overnight as I have no options. I confirmed with my building and the company 3-6pm the following day. At 8am the next morning I get a call stating they can't make 3pm as they have other obligations and can they bring it the next day. On the 3rd day everything arrives fine but the poor communication, miscalculation of my belongings, 10+ hours wasted across 3 days is unacceptable. I will never use this moving company again and you should consider other options yourself."

"I can not recommend these guys enough! Extremely responsive via text which made things so easy and organized but they also were able to address some of my moving concerns on a phone call. I was stressed my couch wouldn’t fit through my door but these guys got it into my apartment up 4 flights of stairs in 30 minutes and because they did such a good job wrapping it there was not a single stain or bit of dirt. Not to mention they were extremely kind. This is not the same experience I’ve had using Lugg movers or other services. Will be recommending these guys to anyone and everyone for future moves!!"
