"The location is accessible with plenty of parking. The building is secured and properly lit. There were 2 wings in the building (the old and new section). The old section appeared problematic and requires repair. However, the second wing was clean with a more spacious elevator. Sean, the company representative patiently showed us several available spots, until we made our final selection. He was helpful and displayed excellent customer service. If it wasn’t because of the problematic old wing (1.0) , I’d give this a 4 star for the newer wing and 5 star for Sean. Additional Review: On April 4, 2024, I visited the facility to address a rental agreement. Gloria helped and extended a courtesy with regards our moving process. One thing that really stands out which makes me highly recommend this facility- the great customers service."

"Excellent facility. I’ve helped two of my friends the past two weeks move into their own units. I decided to switch my personal unit to this facility as well. I went in to see the prices and rates / contract and I had a great experience. At the desk I met Sean who helped me with all of my questions and was super patient with me though I had a lot I wanted to inquire about. Very friendly and Gloria was amazing too when I asked for her help as well. They are very diligent with how they took care of everybody that came in and I can tell it’s a great place to do business as long as they are there to help. Good job to management for hiring those two. Overall 10/10 experience. Definitely recommend."
