"Old historic station. Needs to be maintained. Lots of homeless folks. One of them was yelling and screaming and got into a loud argument with one of the food stalls. The waiting room for track 3/Amtrak was cold abd had no heater and was stinking. Train arrived on time."

"If you are looking for bolt bus, beware!! The bus you are looking for might be a Greyhound that Bolt is sharing. This station is not as well marked as others (New York), so you have to actively ask around, as the attendant is also not visible"

"This one is better than the one in Maryland because you can sit in the greyhound while you wait. There is a McDonalds and a Dunkins Donuts inside. Just remember thar bolt is not greyhound, the people at the window can't really help you. Call the number on the window for bolt. Usually they answer pretty fast. Come 15 min early."

"Spoke to a manager about a refund on a return trip because BoltBus canceled my trip there because of weather. The manager proceeded to say no refund can be given plus the bus already left. Thankfully customer service had more sense and understood that I deserved a refund."
