"Very dirty station, and half the exits seem to be closed at any given time"
"do not get off here if you are disabled or fat. istg I had to climb at least 5 stories of stairs in 90 degree weather. apparently the escalator is always broken and they have no elevator."
"Needs a renovation and cleaning. Escalators don't always work and it's a long way up from the platform. The train time sign is blocked if you're at the wrong end of the platform."

Located at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and 53rd Street in Manhattan, it is served by the E train at all times and the M train weekdays except late nights. Fifth Avenue/53rd Street was opened in 1933 as part of the Independent Subway System (IND)'s Queens Boulevard Line. It contains two side platforms on separate levels: southbound trains to Lower Manhattan use the upper level, while northbound trains to Queens use the lower level."
