"Little to no communication, a black box quoting process and inability to meet their already ridiculous delivery windows. I paid over $12K for my move but have not received my items or even an ETA almost a month after the pickup. I had to call repeatedly to get someone on the line and get an update on timing. They informed me they might miss the delivery window that they sent (which was up to a month after the pickup on the back end) and offered a discount of $50 per day they are late, which is insulting in the grand scheme of what this move costs. Do not recommend. Update: Wendy, the COO, called to apologize for the lack of communication and delay on my delivery. While I am still disappointed at the time it has taken to complete the move and the lack of communication over the past several weeks, I am appreciative of Wendy’s concern and desire to make things right. Updating my rating to 3/5 and will revisit after the move is completed."
