"Love the Ferry, hate their horrible communication and horrible customer service. The absolute worse. Multiple ferries often leave at the same in at the same time. 50% of the time the digital sign on the ferry itself is either completely wrong or not working. To make matters worse the ferry attendants are extremely hot or miss in the way they direct you. One morning the digital sign was out. We all asked which way the ferry was going. And the half-asleep attendant told us all three wrong way. The entire compliment of passengers getting on there were forced to go completely in the wrong direction. Everyone! When you write to the Ferry’s complaint site you will never get an answer to your complaint except from an autobot which just tells you absolutely zero. So frustrating is this poor management that I’ve gone from a daily commuter to rarely using it any longer. Vote with your $$ and avoid a system that treats customers without any regard."

"A must do for visitors and residents alike. Affordable at $4 or a ten pack for $2.75 each. Boat is clean and the crew professional. Top deck is outside and below deck is inside if you want to either stay warm or stay cool depending on the season. Snack bar and restrooms inside."
