"Watsessing Lackawanna train station has No security. It is Dark and unlit. You have to walk down steep stairs to access platform. You walk up steep stairs to exit. It needs to be renovated and Transit Police need to patrol. I don’t feel safe here because it is isolated. I don’t recommend because it’s dangerous."

"Super unreliable. They cancel trains here all the time without notice in advance! Sometimes, they say there’s a delay and you’ll end up waiting on the station for 10+ minutes past the scheduled departure time just for them to later say that the train has been cancelled. That’s so disrespectful of people’s time! & don’t get me started with the disabled trains causing further delays during the trip. We pay so much for an outdated infrastructure, old trains, and an underemployed system. Get it together, NJ Transit!"

"This station its a Dump ,Few yeas ago they spend over one million dollars to recondition they did absolutelly nothing other then add few cheap lights .in other words they pocket the money. Its sad"

"How could a major hub for NJ Transit remain so dilapidated and filthy? No sign of improvement or indication that service here will ever be modernized. Downright cruel and inaccessible to anyone with mobility issues. Incomprehensibly and inexcusably terrible."
