"I don't go on the south county bike trail from Hastings to Elmsford anymore since 2017! It is all cracked up,way too rippling and bumpy. It is time that the Parks & Recreation of Westchester repave & fix this path asap.It has been broken up for years!! Such neglect,ugh! I have to drive to the new section of the bike path in Elmsford & bike north to Briarcliff Manor/Millwood. The North trail is so wonderfully smooth and it has been taken care of! They added and redid the connection on RT 100. Great Job there!"
