"Bill and the team at Urban Flat Rate were a dream with how easy they made my move. Setting up the move date and rates were extremely easy, and Bill was very responsive over call and text. He was right on time for the move and his team was able to take all my large furniture down very quickly. They wrapped all the fragile items up very tightly which was very appreciated. I didn't have a car to follow them to the place, so they offered to let me jump in the truck with them and take a few extra items for no extra cost. At the new location, they took everything up and upwrapped it all with no issues. Urban Flate Rate made the move as easy as possible for me."
"Extremely unreliable moving company. The are not capable of managing their own time so how can you trust them with your move. They were over 2 hours late from the agreed upon start time for the move. Not sure if it's just the movers in the Bronx and the Manhattan movers are better but I will not use this moving company again and will lowly recommend them."
"I had such a great experience with Bill and his crew. I contacted them last minute for a move from a 5th floor walk-up in Harlem to a storage facility in Brooklyn. He was the only one I contacted that gave me a flat rate that was fair and reasonable. From the start, his crew were super courteous, careful and conscientious. I felt my belongings were in good hands - and they were! Everything was done swiftly and without a hitch. By FAR, the smoothest and less stressful move I've ever had in nearly 11 years in the city.
