"Staff people at this location were very accommodating in bringing the truck up front for me since I walk with a cane. Person at the counter was very kind and efficient as was the person at the drop off. The truck was clean and worked well. IT NEEDS NEW SHOCK ABSORBERS as it bounced at every bump. Staff should lower the door in the back of the truck upon delivery."

"The process of coming into the store, just to have to scan a QR code and be "verified" by a virtual agent seems to defeat the purpose of filling out a time slot & rental ahead of time. I don't understand why that information can't be collected when the reservation is made and the initial fee is collected. The young women working behind the counter were great, but the process takes too much time when you're expecting to pick up a truck at a set time. Also, NONE of the equipment I ordered (Dolly, Boxes & a mattress cover) were in the truck when I finally got the keys. I'd already lost most of my first hour at that point and didn't see any staff by the trucks so could not afford to wait for another virtual prompt to send me assistance. I understand it was a Saturday, but unlike most businesses, I imagine most people need to move, etc over the weekend. Top Marks to the staff though! Everyone I met was incredibly helpful and friendly"

"Really good customer experience from end to end. Customer service reps at this location are respectful and understand the meaning of customer service as opposed to the U-Haul location at 2800 White Plains road which has terrible customer service."
