"From start to finish, we had a great experience. Greg was our salesman. He is professional & very friendly. Room by room we went, as we discussed which items were to be moved. The next day we had our quote, which was very reasonable. He gave us a move coordinator, Monica Paez and she scheduled the move date. The day before the move, Monica called us with a window as to when the crew was scheduled to show up. She called the move day as well to check if everything was going well. Monica did a fantastic job! The moving crew were great. They really took the time to prep our items and wrap everything securely. Upon arriving at our new home, the crew lost no time in unloading, asking where that piece of furniture went and setting up the items that needed to be moved in sections. "Mayflower we highly recommend. Our sales representative Matt Sussman came to our place 2-3 times and made so many useful suggestions. The packers were on time neat and clean. The delivery was great all items placed in correct spots and boxes left on flat surfaces as promised. All boxes pick up after we placed our belongings away in a timely manner. I have to give a shout out to Tammi Addamo the coordinator who made the move seamless. I had to change our moving date 3x due to a tough closing in NY. The lady is ace’s by far. We moved from NY to Florida and the window for delivery was met. I received estimates from 3 movers and all came with price changes and drama. Go with Mayflower you won’t be disappointed."
