"Waited 1.5 hours for a sign that said it comes hourly during construction. Called the number in the sign and the poor guy said it was the transit police and not logistics... whoever made that sign didn’t think. Then he was kind enough to give me two other numbers who could tell us what the story was... they both went to voicemail. I called a total of 6 times. I left a couple voicemails. Just a shame to see a “complimentary” service really be an Insulting service. Tl;dr just forget it and bike across marble hill to get to the manhattan trail. Don’t wait your whole afternoon."
