"Hands down best movers we've ever used, and we've moved about 8 times - twice across the country. Pack & Go was quick, efficient and careful from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. The team of 6 was focused and worked so harmoniously together, it was impressive. We had a somewhat complicated move from two storage units to a 5 bedroom house. They unpacked freighted items with care and got all out items in the correct rooms. If you're considering Pack & Go, dont hesitate and just book them!"
"Pack & Go Movers moved my wife and I yesterday and they couldn't have been better! Such professionalism, class, and efficiency. It was so easy and seamless working with all at Pack & Go! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would because they deserve it. I've moved a number of times in my life and Pack & Go was certainly the best from start to finish. Please use them for your next move, you won't be disappointed. Al and his crew were amazing. Thank you for making our move so easy, Al, OG Al, Carlos, and Robert. They were friendly, helpful, and made our move stress free."
"Looking for movers you can trust? Pack & Go is your answer! As someone who's lived in seven different states (and practically a pro mover at this point), I've had my fair share of moving experiences. Pack & Go stands out as one of the best companies I've worked with. Their team is reliable, hardworking, and truly cares about your belongings. From the initial quote to move day, their communication was on point. They responded quickly to all my questions and, importantly, stuck to their quoted price - no surprise charges or haggling. The crew was impressively efficient and a bit like moving ninjas. They came the day before to wrap furniture, making move day smoother. I opted to have them pack my kitchen, which was a game-changer. In just a few hours, they had everything safely packed and ready to go. Moving a 4-bedroom home from NY to NJ is no small task, but Pack & Go handled it expertly. They took great care with everything, including large, delicate artwork. Out of all our belongings, only one outdoor plastic chair was damaged, and their process for replacing it was seamless since we opted for the additional insurance (you 100% should). The entire team - Eddie, Sean, Rich, Dez, Dillon, Latic, Alexi, Eric, and Kyle - was professional and polite. Eddie's Tetris-like truck-packing skills were particularly impressive. If you want movers who show up on time, work hard, and treat your possessions with respect, I highly recommend Pack & Go. They've earned their 5-star reviews for good reason!"
"This company took a very anxiety-driven experience during the hottest day of the year and made it such a pleasure!!! Mari's coordination and assistance prior to the move was amazing... she is very reassuring! Chris, Dill & Eric were my dream team... they took such good care of all of my belongings while being courteous, accommodating and excellent with communication. They truly saved my move! Will hire them again for sure ;-)"
"I didn’t think I would be giving such a low rating to Pack and Go Movers. In the beginning they were helpful and polite, and they appeared to be well organized and professional. The job was a four day pack up and unpack process for a home renovation. It was a lot of work, and we had at least 5 people onsite each day. At their prompting I purchased extra insurance. Obviously every move of this size involves accidents and mishaps, so while they weren’t doing a totally perfect job, I felt that it balanced out because the guys were really nice. It wasn’t until the job was finished that I realized that they had made a number of bigger than expected mistakes. 1) on day 1 I made a note of pointing out a book of Shakespeare’s plays that is worth about $2500. They wrapped it up and wrote fragile all over the paper and then for some unfathomable reason put it on the floor in the basement (they say it was in a box, I don’t believe it was, but even if it was it was still a box on the floor). They didn’t put the other books from the library down there, and they didn’t ask about doing it. The basement flooded slightly during a rain storm, and the book got moldy from being exposed to dampness (didn’t actually get water damage). They are refusing to submit it to insurance, and obviously don’t understand the concept of a proximate cause. I did ask them to put furniture in the basement to store, but after making a note of this being especially fragile and valuable why they would take it to the basement when all the other books were left safely in boxes in the library and then refuse to admit responsibility (and they were paid an astronomical sum for the work) reeks of unprofessionalism. It’s ridiculous. Own your errors. 2) additionally, there are new scratches on some of the antique furniture, and fresh chips on marble pieces. 3) There is significant structural damage to a non antique dresser and scratches on the leather of a non antique chesterfield sofa. 4) When they came to unpack I asked them to leave some of the boxes in the rooms where they belonged and to open them but not remove contents so I could look through them. On the third floor all the boxes were left in one room, and were not clearly labeled, so I had to dig through all of them and move them around to try to figure out what was in each. They did ask me if it was fine before I left, but I couldn’t see exactly what was done and said yes, not realizing that they hadn’t done what was asked. 5) Same thing with furniture on the first floor. They moved it back upstairs from the basement but didn’t put it back in the correct rooms. 6) There were some accidents with the brand new paint in the house and broken glass on a painting. 7) In the living room the items were left in a total mess. I didn’t want them to replace everything exactly, because I needed to go through it, but obviously they should have not left items piled on top of each other in disarray. They literally left a stack of records on top of a record player (no housing). And just seemingly dumped a bunch of items on top of the piano. No care. 8) we all left at the same time and the lead on the project asked one of the guys to go through the house and close the windows. He said okay and disappeared, so I assumed they had been closed. When I arrived two days later the windows in the library and two of the second floor bedrooms were open, and it had been raining for two days, allowing a house that had just been repaired and repainted to get wet around the windows. The last day of work it felt like they just wanted to get the he** out of there as fast as possible, and it was incredibly sloppy and chaotic. Yes, they did ask if things were okay, but it felt rushed and unpleasant and almost easier to deal with without all the workers there at that point. And just in case you’re wondering: I tipped each worker a minimum $50 per day and bought them lunch and Starbucks. I’m disgusted and discouraged both by the flip response and by the end result. Mistakes are forgivable, but lack of accountability is not."
