I especially appreciated how responsive Moon was in somehow planning for everything over the course of several hours. "We had an excellent experience with Moon and his furniture moving team when they delivered two fragile Asian antique cabinets to our Manhattan apartment. NYC apartment managements are notoriously tricky about getting the proper required insurance paperwork before the delivery, but Moon handled this with great precision and ease. The delivery itself was seamless: they came right on time and worked carefully unwrapping and placing the cabinets perfectly. This is the way deliveries should be (but unfortunately rarely are in NYC)."
"Just moved to our new home last week and Moon and his team were amazing. I originally chose them out of the thousands of movers online just because they had so many positive reviews and I can say they did not disappoint. They were incredibly fast and more importantly really careful with all of our belongings. Our new house was just built and there’s not one scratch on anything after the moving process. All the guys were also super polite and courteous throughout the process. Also, I originally got a quote from them before I had started packing up a lot of stuff on my own and moving it over slowly. Moon recognized all the work that we put in beforehand and adjusted the price accordingly. Could not have been a more pleasant experience, highly recommend!"
