I sent family, and consumer advocate from NY memorial assn. to check on why stone not inscribed. All of us told numerous times "it will be done next week". NEVER were my calls returned. Originally told weather not a factor and yet with a mild winter so far NOTHING. Find a more honest business to work with. One star is generous."
