"I moved from New Jersey to North Carolina. I was told they handle this type of move often. I ran into issues with the closing of my home and they said "we understand and can store your items until you are ready" For the price I paid I expected much better service. So much of my furniture was damaged. I was told when they were coming not asked if I was ready. I was told I had to get a storage unit since I was not ready for my stuff. I was told "we put everything where you want it and put everything back together for you." I need this because my husband is unable to help lift anything. I ended up having to move all my stuff in and put things together which I had no idea how to. The people who did the actual moving were nice but still. When I called the company and explain my issues they told me to take it up with "support" with photos of the damaged items. Most of the damaged items were thrown away or already in place and photos were impossible to take. No compassion or help."

I liked how all of the confusing things were built into the price and I am really just paying the movers for their hard work and time. Last time I moved a few years ago, I used a different company, and the bill seemed to have an endless list of things I would have never thought of, and what I thought would be cheap price became a very high price.
