"The worst transportation office ever. We been living and sending our kids to schools in the surrounding area for over 20 years. Every single year it is a dreadful experience as they are dishonest, unorganized, and reluctant to actually help. This year has been particularly terrible as they lied about not receiving proper documents from me in order to get my kids on the bus program which i pay taxes for. it is now almost a month into the school year with them still not granting my children bus access due to their awful mismanagement."

"I’m so sorry to my daughter that I sent her here. I’ve been going through it with this school since it started on the 7th. If your child has special needs don’t even send them here. They don’t care about you or your child, and aren’t equipped. My daughter was lost the first day of school, o had to get the police involved. We went to the school and there was so many other kids missing, the one police officer was trying to help everyone find their child. I felt so bad ! It was almost a nightmare come true. My worst nightmare. I’ve spent over 300$ making sure that my daughter makes it to school, even missed work more than a couple."

"Worst school district ever. Refuse to give special needs children the services they need to help them succeed in life. They do everything in their best interests not in the best interests of the children. Our children deserve better then that. Children get service's based on the background which. Avoid this school district.. I wish I could give them 0 star"

"I usually do not do write ratings but this was necessary. The registration office at this place has to be a joke. I registered my kids 3 weeks ago. No one acknowledged my email where they asked for all my kids personal documents to be sent. No one answers the phone- except operators who can’t help. I left messages for a whole week- not one called back. When I go in person they ask you to make an appointment after you receive response via mail. School starts tomorrow and still no mail and no one to answer the phones. This is beyond ridiculous. The worse school district office I have ever come in contact with. Will make an official complaint to the board. Just be warned parents."

"I've been calling the transportation office since the first day of school, NOBODY answers and you don't have the option to leave a voicemail. I understand that they can be busy/confused in the beginning but if our children are waiting to be picked up to go to school and the bus never shows up who do we complain to. I finally called and talked to an operator from the school district *not the transportation office* and he said we can not do anything about it. The only thing we can do is transfer your call so you can leave a voicemail or stop by the office. Not helpful at all by the time I get out of work their office is closed. So I guess my children and my neighbor's son have to wait until the driver gets his route rigth or someone answers the phone in that office. We all work and we all getting paid so do your job the rigth way specially if you are overseeing the transporting and safety of our children."
