"If I could give more stars, I would. The experience was smooth from start to finish and made the entire experience of moving less traumatic. I was able to schedule the date of the move for the day that worked best for me, New years day, a day that a lot of movers don't work, and there was no extra holiday charge. They sent someone down to the house to review what needed to be moved (instead of having me fill out a form online), which took a lot of stress out of the process, as I needed some things taken out to the garbage versus moved to the new house, and also had a pod that didn't need to be moved, only emptied. The estimate came through the next day and was a very fair price. They communicated clearly about the start time for the move. On the day of the move, 5 movers showed up to do the job. In previous moves with other companies, they've only sent 2 or 3 movers, which is not enough to move a full house efficiently in a day. Two of the guys were in charge of working with me and coordinating the work with the other workers. They did a walk through of the house before they started, got my input on what needed to be moved, what needed to go the curb for garbage and what needed to stay in the house for someone else to pick up. They taped some book boxes that we didn't have a chance to do, packed up my TV, helped me organize odds and ends, and efficiently and quickly loaded the truck up. They split the move into two runs, and it helped me stay organized throughout the day and clean out each room fully as they finished it. They made sure we were fully done each room/floor before moving on. At the new house, they got my input about where each piece of furniture and every box should go (I created print outs with box numbers and rooms). When I mixed up a book case with a cabinet and sent it to the wrong room, they had no issue moving it to the right room and reassured me they were here to help. They were friendly and pleasant and smiling, even when it was rough getting furniture up stairs and through door ways. They had to take off a door to a room to fit a couch in, and put the door back on when they were done. They really made the experience pleasant from start to finish, and took the stress out of the day. Much appreciated and highly recommend!"
