"TLDR - Items arrived in good shape and adhered to quoted timeline. Please be careful when working with them, their estimating and survey process is flawed with a 30%+ difference between what was quoted and what they wanted to charge. While we might have purchased smaller items, we certainly didn't increase what we had by 30%. Push for an in person survey for bigger moves and understand your rights on the day of the move. The Good - The actual physical movers were great on both ends. They helped pack and load everything. Outside of a couple of wine glasses, everything arrived undamaged. This was acceptable for a move from NJ to OR. Blue Bell also adhered to their estimated time frame. The Bad - Our problems started when we got to the financial and planning side of the move. Our survey was done virtually on video and conducted by the owner of Bluebell. While the survey appeared to be thorough, we quickly found out on the day of the move that they severely undercounted what we had. During the survey, we were informed that this was a binding estimate and that it wasn't going to change unless we bought additional items or added to the move. After the survey happened, we avoided buying any big ticket items and at most, bought a few smaller pans/cooking supplies (nothing that should have moved the needle to this degree). We also decided against moving a couple of items on the day of the move. Per FMCSA guidelines and Bluebell's own contract, any changes to a binding estimate need to occur before a the move/packing begins. During the course of the move, the foreman, Raul, mentioned a couple times that we had a lot of items, but never changed our quote. We didn't realize the additional cost until almost everything was packed up and put into the truck. The final total they quoted us was around $4,000 more than what the original binding estimate had. At that point, we didn't really have much of a choice and we needed to sign or we'd be stuck. I ended up speaking with the owner later on, and he's communicated with me that he had originally instructed Raul to inform us of the higher price before starting, but he did not do that until the end. We were able to decrease the pricing some due to our prior relationship with the owner, but this is a warning to all who end up working with Raul. While he is nice and generally professional, he needs to be better trained on the the contract wording and proper processes. I want to believe it was an honest mistake, but I'm not sure if this was purposely done by the foreman. I would be wary of working with this foreman due to his practices. To the owner's credit, he did do what he could after the fact to make the pricing delta more palatable but it's a shock to have to pay so much more."

"WORST MOVING COMPANY OUT THERE! Would never use this company again. When movers came to pack up my stuff they charged me a crazy amount for packing materials which wasnt made clear to me from the start and prices for materials should have been outlined ($100 a TV box... for a BOX! along with tape etc..). They were super unorganized, any time i did talk to them the quote had changed and dates were off. After they picked up my stuff, when i reached out with any questions, I never heard back. The timing was WAY off from their estimate compared to when my stuff actually got delivered with zero communication in the meantime. They didn't give me a 24 hr window and arrived earlier than they said which for any planning to your day is not ok. My stuff arrived bent, boxes smashed etc.. The only thing that wasn't awful about this experience was that the movers were nice and thats it. Overall an awful experience and i will never use this company again and nor should you if you are looking for movers."
"THEY ARE THIEVES, VANDALISTS AND A PRESCRIPTION FOR A DISASTER. I read the warnings of not to use them but I was deceived by the GOOGLE GUARANTEE emblem. If you have a furniture that you wish to see how it's destroyed, then give those guys a call. I have PICTURES as a proof of their professionalism. 1 - Punctuality: When I first called them, I asked them about April 13th availability and I also asked about April 6th. Then I decided and made sure that I am clear that what I want was the 6th of April. However, their representative wrote the offer based on the 13th, and it was my fault that I trusted his professionalism and didn't read the fine print. Come the 6th and guess what? All of my stuff are packed and no one showed up. I called in and was hit by excuses followed by a series of lies that it was a miscommunication. As a result, they sent me 2 movers instead of 3 movers at the same rate!!!! When I told them it's $175 for 3 movers and not 2 movers, they said well the price for the 6th is different than the price of 13th of April. Therefore my remaining balance after paying the 10% down payment jumped from $650 to $1000! 2 - Value and Professionalism: I had to disassemble the bedroom, the bunk beds and carry whatever I can with them. They broke my kids bunk beds. They put boxes upside down and the glass inside it is shattered. They left the furniture without assembling it and walked away why? Because their time is up. It was 07:30 pm and they need to take a break. Taking a break was a lie because they took a break and one of WENT TO SMOKE A JOINT ON THE JOB DURING THE BREAK!!! An expensive cherry wood office desk is destroyed. Bunk bed is left near the house door without even assembling anything. (You know, they need a break). They left the house like a battlefield has just happened. I regret my decision not listen to the bad reviews, DON'T DO MY MISTAKE."
"WORST COMPANY EVER!! I am going to start out by saying I never write reviews, but I am compelled to write a review for this company on here and any other site I can. I am embarrassed that I even have to give them a one star. All they have done to me is LIE and cause stress. This is by far the WORST COMPANY I have ever used in my entire life. After weeks of lying about when my shipment was actually loaded on the truck, I received my items 23 days after pick `up( from NY to FL). They had promised me they do this move every week and it is usually there between 3-5 days. Not to mention, $450 in changed flights plus baby items were spent because they kept promising me my items would be there "tomorrow". Two weeks went by, still NO items!!! Once I received my items, the majority of my things were broken or missing!!! All the boxes were coming apart, glass was falling out shattering on the floor as they were unloading the truck. After the owner PROMISED me he would make it right, his secretary told me he would not get on the phone with me and he MADE AN ACCEPTION to speak to me once before. They offered me a measly $150 for over $1500 in damages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND use some reputable and professional!! These people are not that!! The owner had commented on my yelp review that most of the boxes were destroyed but not so much of the contents in the actual boxes. If you look at my pictures you can tell almost everything is broken, shattered, ripped, destroyed!! This company ruined and hurt my family immensely. There is no amount of money that could make this better. My boyfriends 28 yr old crib he had as a baby that we planned on using for ours, IS DESTROYED--THAT IS PRICELESS!!**"
