"Not a great location nor customer service. Never saw any bankers available at the location and appointments are a week ahead. Have been using BOFA and Citi for 9 years now with great customer service. Disappointed first time experience with Chase."

"Received a check from State Farm from a total loss on a vehicle payable by Chase. They were unable to cash the check because it exceeded their limit due to me not being a customer. Any time I've ever received a check from an institution they have always honored it. They have strange banking rules that other branches do not have."

"I am very happy that a Chase Bank was opened in Binghamton, NY. I relocated from Northern New Jersey where Chase Bank branches are very prevalent and conveniently located. When relocated to Whitney Point, NY the nearest branch was quite far. I frequent Binghamton and Vestal often so it is great having this location. Today was my first time visiting the branch. I was immediately greeted by a Teller who was positioned in the lobby. She was genuinely friendly, very pleasant, and happy to help! I had a great and refreshing experience!"

"I always like Chase and I myself the holder of a chase account. This is the first and only branch at Binghamton. Sometimes customer service is good, and sometimes it reaches it’s worse. I have communicated with two employees. Zachary Ford- He is really good at his job, and he gives you the best customer experience. He know his job well, and gives us the best insight on the banking we need. I ask you to prefer him for any appointment. You can call chase and you can ask to schedule an appointment with a particular person. There is another person I really don’t remember his name. He is too unprofessional, under qualified and not sure what he is up to. He will give you the worst customer experience. As there is only one brach, he is showing us the attitude of get this worst customer experience from me or get lost."
