"Very disappointed in the new building, can't get in and out from the back side, only on the parkway which can be dangerous at times, additionally there's no drive up teller, I don't have time to go inside on my lunchbreak, so you have to use the ATM, there's no immediate access to your funds with the ATM."
"I pop into this branch every now and then and have never run into an issue or unreasonable delay. Their staff are beyond pleasant, wait times are on par with the demand at a given time, and the place is spic and span. There are drive up ATM’s at this location."
"I used to love coming to this branch. The last few times Ive gone theres HORRIBLE customer service and the new people are super RUDE. Most of the employees have no clue what’s going on. Manager told me i couldnt get my document notorized and to go to Chase, only to see him next door at corelife eatery less than 10 minutes later. His excuse:"notory services are for members only" even though Im a member!!! EXTREMELY unprofessional!!! Go to any branch but this one!!!"
"Been sitting here for an hour waiting for someone to simply close my account. A clearly new hire told me to sit and someone will be right over. I’m watching people walk in and out the doors because none of the tellers are able to help me (although one of them was willing to yesterday, I had transactions pending so I couldn’t close it out then and there). I expressed that I was waiting for a long time and was being skipped, and their response was “the problem is we’re understaffed today.” It’d be one thing if I was asking for a hefty job. Ridiculous."
"I went to the kiosk today and was assisted by a woman. I told her I wanted to make a credit card payment, mentioned some hardship and asked for an amount I should pay so it wouldn't affect my credit. She called the back & apparently a manager or supervisor said an amount so I paid it. And sure enough there was a flag on my credit report! The day I make a payment and am told my credit won't be touched because I made a payment. How shady."
