"Been with this insurance company for 20 years and never had one accident. Then when someone pulls in front of me and break checks me and causes me to hit them. THEY BLAME ME. IVE NEVER HAD ONE ACCIDENT IN 20 YEARS. Now because my girlfriend was in the car and got hurt USAA has been nothing but a headache to deal with. THEY DONT WANT TO PAY ANY THING FOR HER MEDICAL BILLS DUE TO THE ACCIDENT. USAA at this point has not been a good insurance company they have not done there jobs and they have FAILED ME. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHEN YOU NEED THEM THEY WILL NOT BE THERE FOR YOU."
