"By far the worst Dunkin in Syracuse! I stop at this Dunkin 5 days a week to get a large caramel iced coffee. I personally don't see the difficulty in adding flavoring cream sugar and then iced coffee. I have to complain on a daily basis just to have it made right. (Pathetic, I've complained up to 4 times in one visit just for them to get it made correctly) I've complained to managers and they blame it on there lack of employees who care. Then maybe as a manager you need to talk to your District head and get them fired and bring in new people. There are plenty of people looking for work and if they had a manager who cared about their job, then just maybe they'd care about their job. This Dunkin is a disgrace to the company name. I will be turning in a log that I have kept including every single "mistake" or shall I say large amount of stupidity from the last 2 months. It's a disgrace on how this store is run. Truly this store should be shut down!"
