Reviews
"Positives: Local and support area. Appear to be community focused? Negatives: Hours: 10 or 11 am opening, very low apr's on savings, charge a monthly fee unless customer keeps over $4,000 in account. Money transfer platforms like Plaid do not recognize this credit union. Their web site and app are very antiquated. Loan officer (won't mention name) asked very personal questions and I eventually had to say "stop" and subsequently closed my accounts. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Repeatedly found that unless I went to higher management things did not get done in a timely manner; from opening accounts to finding out why a business would open at 11 on a Wednesday. Credit Union needs the late opening for meetings with their staff. What about servicing the customer? Shop around as there are banks and credit unions (check Consumer Reports) that care about their customers, offer better rates, better hours and treat you with respect and won't charge you a monthly fee unless you deposit and maintain large sums on money."
