"Nice place for Banking."
"Wouldn't allow me to reset password over the phone. Been on the phone for 2 hours and never got a real person. Posting this while on the phone for 3 minutes on my 5th+ call. After 30 minutes they force you to leave a voice-mail. Their own phone prompt starts with a scam warning then tells you to stay on the line for assistance...that doesn't work...it just forwards you to another robot that forces you to make a choice. They also say you can press * to repeat options but if you do that you get an "I don't recognize that option." Worst credit union I've ever dealt with, put your money elsewhere lest you be unable to fix any issues with your account."
