"Tried to get a loan for a truck. First of all, the KBB value is 15k. I was buying it off my sister, who owed 8k on it still. They only approved a loan to pay it off, as if that's even logical. Second of all, this process of getting a loan took two weeks. With every other day them calling and telling me I need to bring another document after already asking for all the info and what everything I needed to just get the loam. Over two weeks this happen another 3 times! Dude, I'm literally riding my bike to work through this whole thing. Just get it done and tell me all I need all at once. How hard is that???? Lastly! The day I'm supposed to go in and finalize it all. So I can go to the dmv and just register my truck.... they call again and ask me for another signed document from my sister who's literally working an hour away. Are you kidding me? At this point I told them to forget it ans I went to Americu credit union and got approved for the full amount instead with an extra 1000 bucks and a credit card all in 30 minutes on my lunch break.
