"I went into this branch to resolve a problem...what a nightmare! I usually go to a different location..the branch manager was rude, not helpfully and quite honestly she didn't give a darn about me!! I left angry with an unresolved issue!! I will never go back there!!! If I could give a zero I would...sad...."
"the place is friendly for most part , how ever the banking system they have in place is flawed , I can have my paycheck deposited on a friday use my debit card over the weekend and by the time monday or tuesday comes I will have a negative balance. mind you I get paid roughly 1000 dollars weekly , and spend maybe 600 over the course of the weekend on Bill's and various other normal life things. but again by the time monday or tuesday comes the banking app will say I have a negative available balance. when I should have roughly 2-300 remaining , their hidden fees and messed up app needs serious over haul , I will be switching to a new bank soon bn if this does not stop"
