"They find little ways to hit you with charges. Their newest sceme is they are on a 28 day cycle. This means NOW your accounts cycle date backs up CONSTANTLY.. For many years my account re-cycled around the 16th of each month, now it just backed up to the 12th, meaning they hit me with a charge. I went to talk to them about this and they double talked me its 30 days, no its 28 days, back to 30. I get the feeling in the past few months many, many of us have suddenly been hit with this. It was almost as if she was reading her double talk off a screen."

"The employees are amazing. Actually I'm lying because Ive only dealt with one particular lovely lady and she made my visits... Lovely! Keep my monies just give me amazing peoples like that!...and maybe like 98%of money.. :) great bank"

"Incompetent and Deceitful.Their ATM machines don't work half the time and their hours are not exactly conducive to the needs of the modern consumer. I was given information when I opened my account and it turns out that the information was not correct. They will not own up to their error that is costing me money, so I am closing my account and moving on. M&T is right across the street, so is Chase, I advise you to go to one of those facilities for your banking needs."
