"I hope the calls are recorded , as I unfortunately have not had access to my money in 3 weeks . I have been back and forth with phone calls trying to figure out what’s wrong with my card on file (between westvale location and downtown location) I’ve been as patient as one can be . Earlier today I had a pleasant call with customer care we decided to deactivate my card as they were not able to figure out why my card wouldn’t work . I planned to take out money same day , after the call I called the westvale maybe 5 minutes before closing on my way to the atm just to ask if my card was still active (which I know they can tell me ) and the women I spoke with was absolutely RUDE. I’m just getting over being sick so I’m not sure if my monotone voice triggered the teller but when I told her” I just spoke with customer care and I wanted to see if my card was still active tryin or not” she began speaking over me before I could even finish my sentence and stated “I don’t know because you spoke with customer care I’ll have to forward you to customer care” and when I repeated myself calmly because I thought she misunderstood , she didn’t seem to like that as she began to yell “ I CANT CONFIRM BECAUSE YOU SPOKE TO CUSTOMER CARE” someone in the office must have heard her tone of voice and tried to help miss lady because I heard another tell her to ask the last 4 digits of my ssn and I gave them the credentials as I usually would!, then she calmly responded and said the card is still active ……. Please stop treating people any kind of way, especially if they are calling to get access to their hard earned money . Other than that Mary at the Downtown location is the best and the most straightforward when it comes to banking advice . Do appreciate her ❤️ but do not appreciate my most recent experience with whom I last spoke with"
