"The guy who I sold my ring to was reasonable and very nice. I don't understand the negative comments about the workers being snobby. Was trying to sell my husband's watch as well to along with 4 solar panels. But I didn't go in there with high expectations or with attitude to sell those because the watch was damaged and the solar panels I had were just not it. You can't just go into a pawn shop expecting to get what you want. All and all I am very satisfied with my experience and got something out of it. More than what I expected."

"I was looking for some Ryobi tools/items on Craigslist…. Happened to see the item I was looking for on a listing. Called the store & spoke with Rich (owner), he was very friendly & courteous. He told me he would hold the item for a number of days. When I was able to make it to the store, he welcomed me & gave me a good price on the items. I probably spend about an hour there. When I left, I felt like I had met a new friend! We talked about a number of things, interests, tools, ebikes, etc. The thing that impressed me the most, was that he was sick that day & found out the only reason he came in to work that day was for me! They staff has always been willing to work with us on price and we've never gotten the feeling that they've been trying to knock our heads in...always very fair for both sides!
