"One of, if not the best bike shop/repair in New York City in my opinion. The workers are very nice and would explain everything to you even though you aren’t 100% gonna buy something. They don’t pressure you to buy additional things and they go straight to the point. I walked in interested in getting a new handlebar and they showed me different types that work well with my bike and we eventually settled on a bullhorn. He explained to me on how to install the bar and what unique things I can do with it. He offered to help me install it for 10$ but he didn’t pressure me. He also said that I could get an additional bar wraps to the bars but he said that it’ll work fine without them. This. This is the best attitude I’ve ever met from a salesperson. 10/10"

"Highly recommended! Robin, the mechanic there, is extremely knowledgable, patient, could answer every single question on my bike (and also the other bikes that came in)! He also is very thorough and is fair in not providing a price until he can do a deep assessment of repair. Lots of bikes,mostly new but a couple used, and helmets to choose from. It is a busy and small shop with personal service. Diego, the owner, also is communicative and responsive and friendly. Support local businesses and come here!"
