"CKO Harrison classes are absolutely amazing! The instructor's energy is contagious and motivating, which helped me push through the challenging workouts. The classes are well-structured with great warm-up, technique drills, and intense bag work. Their music is upbeat, which added to the high energy atmosphere. I always leave their feeling incredibly accomplished and energized. Overall, I highly recommend kickboxing class to anyone looking for a challenging and fun workout that leaves you feeling empowered and accomplished."

"You will get addicted to this workout! The trainers are motivating, creative with their routines and genuinely invested in making the most of their time with you. I had no real expectations going in, however I quickly became addicted to hitting and kicking the bag! The facility is clean and in good shape. Everyone I have come in contact with has been friendly and welcoming and I have had no issues so far. My only advice would be that if you decide to get a membership, invest in a different pair of gloves. CKO provides you with a pair of gloves at each level (trial offer and membership), however based on the advice of a friend that boxes, I bought a different pair and they just feel different. The gloves given to you by CKO are adequate and will do the job, however you will feel the difference with another pair. Overall you won't be disappointed and I highly recommend this location."
