"10/10 space As a trainer, no client ever has ever walked in there and not been like “wow, now this is peak fitness studio” Has almost everything I could ask for. Very elevated experience and I appreciate all the effort built into the details of the space. BUT LETS TALK CONTENT As a social media guy it can be sooo difficult to find space to take multiple videos, not worry about who’s behind you, and maybe most importantly have great lighting. This private studio accomplishes all three where I can make such professional content and not worry about having to impede on the space of other awesome fitness goers. "I've been training at Formula for about a year now because I live nearby and there are few gyms in the area. When I first reached out, I shared my interest in the space and my needs for a personal trainer. The staff was incredibly attentive, asking questions about my experience, preferences, and goals. They then matched me with an excellent trainer, Tori, from their network of coaches. The gym itself is welcoming, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. My coach always has a variety of workout ideas thanks to the diverse range of equipment available, similar to a commercial gym but with a more personal touch. Access to the Inbody scanner, a fully stocked hydration fridge, and a user-friendly booking app are just a few bonuses the gym offers. The staff at formula have often checked in for feedback on my experience and have even implemented some of my suggestions, including adding new equipment. They are clearly invested in making sure the space meets their clients’ need. Happy they’re in the neighborhood."
